1. The barcode number is the A-number under the barcode on your parkrun card.
2. To load your history: on a computer, open your parkrun page (parkrun.ie → your name → All results), choose File → Save Page As, format "Webpage, HTML only", then pick that file above. Leave it empty to skip.
3. From then on, forward each parkrun results email to parkrun@1zero9.com (or set up an automatic forward). Your email address is kept only as a scrambled code, used to match your results. The saved page is read once and thrown away.
